Project Update — New Learning Worlds Brought to Life

Transforming Newlands Primary School into a hub for specialist bilingual education, the addition of a sports hall, administration building, and two new learning worlds marks a significant step towards accommodating the growth of 200 students.⁠

Partnering with Bourke and Bouteloup Architects, our team worked tirelessly to bring the vision for Newlands Primary to life. We coordinated the CLT/Glulam timber and steel hybrid structure that features prominently in the two new learning world buildings, showcasing a blend of innovation and sustainability. At the heart of this expansion is our stunning new administration building. This central feature enhances the school’s identity and beautifully integrates with the historical elements of the campus.

Extensive landscaping efforts have created passive play spaces that foster a strong sense of community. These areas are complete with brand-new play equipment and hard courts, offering endless opportunities for our students to play, learn, and grow together.
