Project Update — Securing Our Biggest Project Win To Date! Taking on the Big Housing Build in East Geelong

We’re so excited to announce a major project win as part of the Big Housing Build in Geelong. This flagship initiative, developed in collaboration with Homes Victoria and designed by the talented team at NH Architecture, marks a significant step toward improving social infrastructure and delivering positive, lasting change to the East Geelong community.

A key project with a purpose

The Ormond Road development contributes to the Victorian Government’s mission to increase the supply of social housing by 10%, creating better housing options and enhanced community well-being.

We’re particularly proud that 10% of the project’s work will be delivered by apprentices, cadets, and trainees—empowering the next generation of construction professionals.

Along with this fantastic initiative, social procurement, gender equality, and sustainability are central to the project, ensuring that every aspect of the build aligns with the broader goal of fostering long-term community impact.

Innovative design, built to last

Spread across two Ormond Road sites, the development will consist of three modern buildings featuring a total of 54 high-quality, energy-efficient homes. These dwellings include a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units, as well as DDA-compliant spaces, meeting the needs of diverse residents. Designed to achieve 5-Star Green Star certification and a 7-star NatHERS rating, the homes exemplify how thoughtful design and sustainable solutions can work hand-in-hand.
