As one of Australia’s leading centres for infectious diseases, HIV, and public health research, Alfred Health’s program plays a critical role in responding to pandemics and emerging health threats. This project unlocked space for growth, bringing together expert teams under one roof and ensuring they have the infrastructure needed to meet increasing patient demand.
Delivering this project within a live hospital environment demanded precision, planning, and an unwavering commitment to minimising disruption. By working closely with Alfred Health, we ensured a seamless transition, keeping momentum high while maintaining the integrity of hospital operations. This was construction at its most purpose-driven, where every space delivered has a direct impact on patient outcomes.
