CitiPower Powercor

In an exciting design and construct partnership, Alchemy was appointed to perform and deliver the development of a 15 acre block, which has been commissioned by CitiPower Powercor, for the creation of a new depot.

The project involved a range of works including the construction of a new office block, major civil and parking area, storage and truck sheds, hard stand areas and paving, truck wash area, transformer storage sheds, pole storage sheds and landscaping.
