Fixed Lump SumA cornerstone for the preservation and encouragement of community members in local sports and leisure.
Works on the new Delahey Pavilion have allowed for a much needed increased level of service to enable greater use of the facilities at the Reserve.
The project falls in line with Brimbank City Council’s strategic plan to deliver infrastructure facilities for sports and leisure to strengthen local communities. The new pavilion comprises four change rooms, associated amenities, umpires room, first aid room, storage rooms, public amenities, social room, meeting room, a proprietary Exeloo for access by the general public and entails site infrastructure upgrades and external civil and landscape works.
