Dingley Village Neighbourhood Centre

Connecting to the recently completed library, the NBRS’ design focused on community connection, featuring four early years rooms, flexible community spaces, a modern reception, staff offices, kitchen and public amenities.

A key feature of the Neighbourhood Centre is the building’s large wrap-around deck, which connects the early years rooms to the expansive landscaped gardens. Planted with Australian natives and established trees, the garden blends seamlessly with the building’s architecturally detailed timber cladding, grounding the space and creating a indoor-outdoor connection.

Attuned to the community needs, the City of Kingston also services the wider public through maternal and health programmes and immunisation clinics that are run through the centre.
