The MCCC project involved the construction of a two-storey building with a concrete ground-floor and structural steel frame. The redevelopment included eight multipurpose, audio visual-equipped spaces, kitchen and toilet amenities, six interview rooms, two meeting rooms, a foyer, a lounge space, a parenting room, a storage room, an interfaith room, as well as a lift, which was installed to connect the two floors. The scope also involved some significant civil and landscape works.
The Alchemy team took special care in managing noisy works to avoid disturbing the Medical Centre and Childcare facilities adjacent to the site.
