Fixed Lump SumAlchemy Construct were engaged to complete the refurbishment of the Dean of IT’s office space at Monash University.
Located in the prestigious New Horizons building, which houses over 500 of Australia’s top engineers and scientists, this project involved careful management of engineering systems in a complex space and installation of state-of-the-art technology.
The project objective was to renovate and revamp the existing office space within a live operating environment, to accommodate the Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, administrative support personnel, as well as a ten person meeting room and waiting area. The project was completed on time and within budget, with minimal disruption to existing users and achieved a high-quality finish and look throughout.
