Serenitas Thyme Ocean Grove Clubhouse

Alchemy Construct is proud to be the builder entrusted to deliver the Thyme Ocean Grove Clubhouse for Serenitas.

Clubhouses are already thriving in Serenitas communities across other states — this is the first time the concept comes to Victoria, and we’re honoured to be Serenitas’ first building partner in the state.

Designed to become the heart of the Thyme Ocean Grove community, the Clubhouse will bring residents together around connection, activity, wellness and everyday lifestyle experiences. The vision is genuinely resort-style: a swimming pool and spa, pickleball courts, a bowling green, cinema, gym and fitness studio, golf simulator, craft room and hobby shed, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, and room for pool and darts, with plenty more still to come.
