Brimbank Tech School Victoria University

Students will have access to an esports computer hub, dedicated design and computer studios, multi-use learning spaces, a central forum and outdoor classrooms. The build includes 3D printers, digitables and a 3D forum screen wall, all supported by a high-spec audio-visual setup and creative feature lighting throughout.

Designed to meet 5-star Green Star requirements, Brimbank Tech School reflects a genuine commitment to environmental responsibility and long-term resilience — a facility built to serve students and the Sunshine North community for decades to come.

Delivered under a design and construct contract, the Alchemy team worked collaboratively with Victoria University and the full consultant group to keep design, construction and industry-based learning outcomes aligned — including strong social procurement outcomes along the way. It’s a project that shows what’s possible when a shared commitment to impact shapes every decision, from the first sketch to the final fit-out.
